Postnatal Yoga with Baby

Returning to your center after baby? Our Postnatal Yoga with Baby class is a supportive space for new mums to reconnect with their bodies while inviting baby to participate in gentle, safe movements. We focus on core rebuilding, pelvic floor care, posture, and stress relief—always at a pace that respects your recovery. Babies are welcome from newborns up to crawling. Suitable for 6 weeks+ postpartum (or as advised by your healthcare provider).
